Google will soon reveal the source code of ICS, while ASUS, HTC, Sony Ericsson and impatient Cyanogen




Many users are still frustrated by the fact that Google has not released the source code of Android Honeycomb.
The concern will be resolved with Android Ice Cream Sandwich as planned. In case some have doubts about the promise of Google, Dan Morrill has recently mentioned in a message posted on Google Groups: the upcoming availability of the source code of ICS.

  We expect to release the source code of Android Ice Cream Sandwich when it becomes available on mobile devices.
  We also have new servers, so do not worry if you encounter problems. We will keep an eye on it and we will try to answer all questions as quickly as possible.


For several hours, we feel that builders and developers impatient in announcing the future availability of Android Ice Cream Sandwich on their mobile devices.
Examples include ASUS, HTC, Sony Ericsson and Cyanogen who shared their interests in the development of updates to Android Ice Cream Sandwich.  For now, all awaiting the release of source code that normally allow ASUS to offer an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich before the end of its Eee Pad Transformer Prime. As for HTC and Sony Ericsson, they are delighted to have discovered the latest version of the Nexus and Galaxy are now about to examine which mobile devices will benefit. Cyanogen the side of the developer community is waiting very impatiently as the release of source code and AOSP ICS, in order to cover all mobile devices.
