The manufacturer RIM will forge a partnership with Porsche Design to offer a rather unique new model, the BlackBerry 9980 Porsche Design.
A few months ago, the first images of a BlackBerry with the look that contrasts with the habits of the manufacturer began circulating on the Web.
Many hoped that RIM was being seriously dust off the design of its ranges.

RIM and Porsche Design have indeed planned to hold a launch in Dubai on Thursday (October 27) to announce a new model of family Bold. Given the very industrial design, and strong majority of brushed metal, it is very likely that the smartphone that will be presented will be the famous BlackBerry Bold 9980, BlackBerry also known as Knight-Berry or Porsche.
If its appearance should make an impression one way or another, his heart should not, however, reserve surprise. Indeed, it is almost certain that it will be simply a revamped Bold 9900.
