BlackBerry has not been hacked, but the victim of flooding

BlackBerry has not been hacked. The hypothesis was rejected Wednesday by the Canadian group Research in Motion (RIM). The manufacturer said the continuing difficulties of the phone network multifunction device with a data bottleneck. "I know that in this situation, there is speculation about a possible breach and piracy, but we have no reason to believe that this is the case," said in a conference call David Yach, Vice President of the Canadian software.
To explain this failure almost world for three days, Mr. Yach took over the position of a power switch core network, already advanced by RIM. An emergency switch must take over, but did not work, causing water logging of messages, he said. "With large queues began to form in Europe, we had the time to bring stability, which has had an impact on other areas, sending messages to Europe," said Mr. Yach, citing Asia and the Americas.  This failure occurred in European infrastructure for the BlackBerry, he said, without situating it more accurately. The president of software RIM has also ensured that all blocked messages are routed to their destinations.
